Eva Carneiro wants public apology from Jose Mourinho over Chelsea departure

Whilst Ms Carneiro may receive damages for loss of earnings, injury to feelings and even aggravated damages (assuming she succeeds with her claim), she still cannot force an apology when the tribunal has no jurisdiction to make an order of that nature. That is unless of course, Jose Mourinho considers he is likely to lose and views an apology in his own words as an exercise in damage limitation rather than allowing the findings of the tribunal to be widely quoted throughout the media which could be far more damaging.
