Our clients are all over the country and increasingly we act for international clients who are venturing into or expanding their UK commercial property portfolio.

Dave Marlor is particularly experienced in secured lending and acts for high street lending institutions as well as bridging lenders. Ross Wellman’s particular expertise is in property development having acted for many well-known names in the commercial as well as the residential sectors. Mick Hewitt’s expertise is in commercial and residential property development, secured lending and the care sector, Eric Quirk specialises in the retail sector and Sarah Milligan in complex leases and strategic landlord and tenant advice.

Proactive, practical and pragmatic.

We will give you all the facts, and discuss the options, even if that means we are advising you to walk away from a particular deal. Sometimes we will suggest restructuring a transaction, for instance, to reduce the risk or overall costs. Whatever it is, we do not just blindly follow heads of terms without considering them in the context of a particular transaction and the client’s ultimate requirements.

Our extensive network of contacts built over the years also allows us to introduce clients to other opportunities, if that’s what they are looking for.

We build from our real world legal and personal experiences to gain the trust of clients. They can always reach us and know our advice isn’t standard property factory advice.

Our main reason for instructing Glaisyers is the refreshing way in which they take a commercial, as well as a legal, view of the projects on which they work with clients.
