Bristol firm plans to give women time off for periods

Flexible working amongst the UK workforce is widely predicted to increase dramatically over the next few years with flexible working arrangements taking various different forms. It is advisable however to ensure that the arrangements implemented apply widely across the workforce in order to avoid excluding certain groups.
