Looking after Small Businesses

By April 4, 2016January 29th, 2021For Business

all businesses have told the competition watchdog that the legal services market is not serving them properly.

In its response to a Competition and Markets Authority study, the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), which has 200,000 members across the UK, called for a ‘thorough look’ at the functioning of the legal services sector.

Small businesses are the backbone to our economy and its growth. It is important that they have access to good legal advice. There can often be a reluctance due to cost, therefore its important that we are clear with all businesses what we do at what cost over what period and what we are looking to achieve. Good legal advice and having the confidence to work with your advisers can make a big impact on small businesses. As solicitors and lawyers we need to work hard on creating that confidence. We have a wealth of legal and business experience that can help small businesses.
