It’s Official: Training and Recruitment are key to conveyancing success

By March 2, 2016January 29th, 2021For Business

Nearly three-quarters of conveyancers said staff recruitment and training were the biggest challenges they would have to meet to achieve further growth this year.

It is clear following the doldrums of the recession (and beyond) that law firms are struggling to recruit and retain qualified conveyancers who also have the requisite experience to handle the workload imposed upon them.At Glaisyers Solicitors we believe that staff retention is fundamental and we are also putting in place further training (both internal and external) for our conveyancers in order to meet current conveyancing demand.Interestingly, the Law Society Gazette in its February issue has noted a fall in conveyancers with adequate experience and a decrease overall in law firms dealing with conveyancing in general in comparison to the hey-days of 2005.
