All charities are reliant on donations from their supporters to carry on their important work. Many people choose to leave a legacy, whether big or small, in their Will to charities close to their heart.

Remember A Charity Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of the vital work which is able to continue as a result of generous donations in Wills.

Glaisyers are a supporter of the Remember A Charity Week campaign and this year from 10 to 16 September, 200 charities have come together to launch Human – the world’s first charity-powered search engine. https://humansearchengine.org/ – Human demonstrates charities’ pivotal role in helping to solve some of the biggest challenges facing humanity, and how the public can help, by leaving a gift in their Will.

Leaving a gift to charity in a Will is becoming increasingly common and can be used, in some cases, to mitigate inheritance tax liabilities.
