House Insurance Premiums fall as consumers focus on claims experience

By February 25, 2016January 29th, 2021For Business

Interestingly, consumers aren’t just looking at price. The claims service they receive from insurers can influence decisions and so it isn’t just the underwriters that have their work cut out for them.

In the world of property litigation insurance can play a huge role.  Insurance is there to help when things go wrong, very much like litigation solicitors.  It is good to see that consumers are focusing on claims experience and prioritising this along with price.  Whilst a low price for insurance is attractive and of greatest relevance when nothing goes wrong, if something does go wrong it is important to have a good policy and a decent insurer.
