Guaranteeing Standards

By October 5, 2017January 29th, 2021For Business, SMEs

Proposals this week from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) would make it easier for solicitors to provide reserved legal services including litigation without being employed by a law firm or registered as sole practitioners.

Not sure how this will work in guaranteeing the highest quality of legal advice. What level of supervision and support will be in place. Without the support of a firm and all the training and support it gives will the public and commerce be protected.
