An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing solicitor to join our Liverpool office. In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload while leading a team of 3-4 colleagues across both our Manchester and Liverpool offices.

As a Residential Conveyancing solicitor, you will be expected to not only deliver exceptional technical expertise but also build and maintain lasting client connections.

Key Responsibilities

✓ Supervise and support the wider Residential team
✓ Manage your own caseload including sales, purchases and remortgages
✓ Maintain regular communication with clients regarding the progress of their files
✓ Build and maintain a loyal client base
✓ Participate in business development initiatives
✓ Liaise effectively with clients, agents and other solicitors
✓ Conduct searches and assist with the exchange and completion processes
✓ Manage and update case files
✓ Stay current with relevant legal regulations and procedures

What we are looking for

✓ A qualified conveyancer (CILEX, licensed conveyancer or solicitor) with substantial residential conveyancing experience
✓ A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
✓ Strong supervisory skills and leadership capabilities
✓ Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently
✓ Experience bridging finance, new builds and Building Safety Act transactions is preferred
✓ Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
