Renee is a Solicitor in the Corporate Team, having joined our Liverpool office in 2024. Having trained in Liverpool, she joined a boutique corporate firm in Manchester on qualification in 2022.

Renee has advised a broad range of clients including national and international companies, small businesses and individuals in a range or corporate legal work. This includes mergers, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, debt and equity investments, shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance.
