Niki is a truly international lawyer having qualified both in civil and common law jurisdictions. She first qualified as a lawyer in Greece in 2008 and following a successful career as a corporate & commercial lawyer in Athens she moved to Manchester in 2011 where she qualified as a solicitor in 2014. She works with a range of businesses and business owners and her dual qualification and years of experience as a corporate lawyer give her a unique perspective and understanding when it comes to advising firms throughout their business cycle. Her clients have always enjoyed her straightforward and pragmatic approach, attention to detail and friendly attitude.

Niki’s focus is on business acquisitions and disposals, but she can also advise on other corporate and commercial matters such as terms and conditions of business, NDAs and confidentiality agreements, shareholders’ and partnership agreements, corporate formations and constitutions and corporate secretarial work.

Niki volunteered for years with the Legal Advice Centre of The University of Manchester providing free legal advice to the public and supervising students handling real cases.

In her spare time Niki loves to travel with her husband and cooking Greek family recipes for her friends.
