Michael is a CILEx Litigator and Advocate (civil), Chartered Legal Executive and Costs Lawyer; and has over 25 years’ experience in Costs and Civil Litigation. A frequent advocate in the County Court and Senior Court Costs Office on Costs and Case Management hearings, Detailed Assessments and other general costs and civil hearings, Michael has developed his advocacy practice and is routinely instructed to advise and attend Court by fellow Costs Practitioners and other Civil Litigators.

Straightforward in his advice and approach, Michael will always strive to achieve the best possible result whether acting for paying or the receiving party.
