Megan is a Solicitor in the Corporate Team, having trained with the firm and joined the team upon her qualification in 2023.

In her role, Megan supports and advises the Corporate Team on various corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business disposals, company restructuring and reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements, private equity investments and the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.

In particular, Megan has extensive experience in managing due diligence processes, drafting M&A transaction documents and facilitating share buybacks.
