Daniel is a Partner and Head of Corporate the firm’s Corporate Team, dealing with all aspects of corporate and commercial work including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate reorganisations, share schemes and commercial contracts. His clients range from start-ups to international corporates, and from Founders to high net worth, sophisticated investors.

Daniel has been advising businesses, entrepreneurs, owner managers, lenders, investors in growth businesses and public sector bodies in various sectors for over 20 years, having particular expertise in the property, digital, technology, leisure and e-commerce sectors. His focus is on providing sensible, commercial and solutions based advice.

Away from the office Daniel is an ECB Level 2 cricket coach, a primary school governor, a Manchester City season ticket holder, a Lancashire County Cricket Club member and spends far too much time ferrying his two children to various sporting fixtures.
