This position will provide the opportunity to develop your skills in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Reorganisations and restructuring,  VC and Private Equity Investments, share option schemes, debt financing transactions and joint ventures; working with local SMEs, high-net worth individuals and national and international corporates.

You’ll be working alongside a dynamic group of experts to help shape the team and support existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
