Liliana undertakes corporate and commercial work and supports the corporate team in a number of fields ranging from complex company re-structuring work to acquisitions and incorporations. Liliana is also able to provide support in company secretarial matters such as internal and external filings.

Liliana has experience in residential and commercial real estate sectors and is able to analyse corporate matters of a property nature. She is currently studying for her Legal Practice Course to enable her to commence her Training at Glaisyers in 2020 with a view to qualify as a solicitor.
