Leah is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team at Glaisyers ETL, advising clients on a broad range of residential property matters. Since qualifying as a solicitor in March 2026, Leah has developed a strong reputation for delivering practical commercially focused advise while providing a friendly and approachable service throughout every transaction.

Leah graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2023 with an Integrated Master of Law in Law and Legal Practice. She has experience advising on freehold, leasehold and new build sales and purchases. She also assists clients with lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and rights of first refusal. Alongside this Leah has experience in a range of property finance transactions. Acting on behalf of clients in relation to standard high street lending, commercial secured lending, re-mortgages and sharia finance.
