Karen has worked in residential conveyancing since 1997, bringing nearly three decades of experiences to the field. She has extensive expertise in residential sales and purchases – including both freehold and leasehold properties – as well as remortgages, shared ownership, right to buy and leasehold extensions.
In 2022, Karen qualified in land law, contract law and landlord and tenant law through the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. Over the years, she has worked closely with a number of high-profile mortgage brokers across South London.
Known for her approachable manner, Karen is committed to making the conveyancing process as straightforward and stress-free as possible for her clients. She is always available to answer questions and provide support throughout each stage of a transaction.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
