Jen is a Senior Associate in the employment team at Glaisyers, having joined the firm in 2022.

She is a highly experienced employment law solicitor, advising both employers and employees on a broad range of workplace disputes and strategic HR matters. Since qualifying in 2014, she has specialised in employment law, providing clear, pragmatic advice and tenacious representation at all stages of Employment Tribunal proceedings.

She regularly acts in complex and high-value matters, including:

• Unfair dismissal
• All types of discrimination
• Whistleblowing and detriment
• Redundancy and restructures
• TUPE transfers and associated risks and claims

She is also experienced in settlement negotiations and settlement agreements, including advising employers on protected conversations relating to employee exits.

Combining detailed legal analysis with an empathetic approach, she ensures clients feel supported and well-informed throughout what can often be a stressful process. She acts for both employers and individual claimants, bringing strategic insight and a robust approach to every case.

In addition to dispute resolution, she advises on employment status and regularly drafts contracts of employment, service agreements and workplace policies. She also advises on post-termination restrictions and contractual claims.

She also supports the corporate team on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
