An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join our growing team based in Manchester. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of corporate restructuring and insolvency experience; both contentious and non-contentious.

Due to the significant development and expansion of the firm’s commercial offering, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Restructuring and Insolvency solicitor to join our team. You’ll be working alongside a dynamic group of experts to help shape the team and support some of the most exciting restructuring, recovery and insolvency work across the sector. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of corporate restructuring and insolvency, both contentious and non-contentious work.  Experience of personal insolvency is preferable, as some of the workload may include personal insolvency cases. Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload matters
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with an exceptional level of service and keeping them updated on the progress of their matters.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the department, and contributing to the department’s business development activities

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong academic background, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to build strong and lasting client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage a varied and complex caseload, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience of using case management systems.
