Employment law changes post Brexit

As expected the newly appointed Secretary of State for exiting the EU, David Davies has hinted that we are unlikley to see wholesale changes to employment law as a result of the decison to leave the EU.He has made the point that it isn’t employment legislation that creates a barrier to growth but rather other market related regulations.Judging from David Davies comments, concerns raised by some including Jeremy Corbyn that a Brexit would lead to a removal of many employee rights are unwarranted and there are no plans for a significant overhaul of employment legislation as some commentators had predicted.
