Gareth graduated with first-class honours in law from Northumbria University in 2023. During his degree, he served on the Student Council, helped manage the Law Society and worked in the legal clinic, gaining experience in legal research, client advice, and contract drafting. Elected Students’ Union President, he represented the university locally and nationally.

Gareth began his legal career in 2022, providing in-house legal support to a national housebuilder and developing extensive knowledge of new-build transactions.

After relocating to Manchester, Gareth joined Glaisyers ETL in 2024 as a Conveyancing Executive. He managed a varied caseload of new-build and residential sales, purchases and remortgages for developers and private clients, as well as property auctions and unregistered land. He later acted on portfolio purchases exceeding £1 million for corporate clients.

In September 2026, Gareth began his training contract in Commercial Litigation, broadening his skills with the aim of qualifying as a solicitor. Outside work, he serves on Glaisyers’ social committee, organising extracurricular activities promoting team engagement and group cohesion.
