Eric is a Partner at the firm, specialising in retail property and banking. He has been a trusted adviser of several clients for over 15 years continuously.

Eric’s experience covers wider business problems, manufacturing, franchised restaurants, financing, structuring sales or lettings, VAT, pension funds, development finance, insolvency and planning. Clients find him approachable and “hands on”. He has acted for major banks and national and regional retailers in the motor, carpet and leisure sectors. He joined the Glaisyers family in 2006 and has developed the banking team as a key part of the commercial department.

Eric lives near Knutsford and when away from the office he drools over all sorts of classical music, opera and drama supports medical charities and is chairman of his local orchestra. Also, his grandchildren, hill walking, keeping chickens and Sale Sharks Rugby keep him “out of trouble”.
