The law relating to family friendly rights has come a long way in recent years. Employees and workers are now entitled to rely upon a wide range of rights aimed at providing a better work life balance.
As well as enhanced rights and benefits available for mothers and fathers by way of shared parental leave, there are also rights available to take parental leave and the right to request flexible working.
