“Emma recently dealt with my late uncle’s estate. I was in regular contact with Emma throughout the process via telephone and email. I always found Emma to be very approachable and she always answered my queries very promptly, clearly, and concisely. She was also patience personified – I became a bit of a nuisance at times. Overall the whole experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Emma to anyone in a similar position.”
