Beth Tomlinson is a Solicitor in the Real Estate Finance team, having qualified in September 2026. With four years of experience in property finance, Beth has developed an understanding of the lending market and takes pride in helping clients navigate transactions with confidence and ease.

She graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2018 and completed her LPC and master’s degree in 2020.

Beth acts for a broad range of clients, including specialist lenders, high street banks, landlords, property investors and borrowers. Her experience covers residential, buy-to-let, bridging and commercial finance transactions, as well as portfolio matters involving multiple properties. Having worked on a wide variety of deals, she understands the importance of providing clear, practical advice and delivering a seamless service from instruction through to completion.

Beth enjoys building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts alike.

Outside of work, Beth loves to travel.
