Originally from Chester, Noel has worked in residential conveyancing since graduating from the university of York in 2006. Working his way from junior to fee-earner he has steadily gained experience since then and has developed an expert knowledge on property law from standard sales and purchases to dealing with bridging financing, new-builds and complex leaseholds. He joined the firm in 2017 from another firm of Greater Manchester lawyers and therefore has experience both in the local area and in dealing with a variety of cases across England and Wales.
Outside of work Noel is heavily involved in the Church of England and has acted both as church treasurer and as a representative on Deanery Synod. He also enjoys gardening (though his wife says this makes him sound old) and walking in the countryside around Bolton.
