Head of Personal Injury Department
Nicki’s main areas of expertise are accident at work cases where both liability and value are strongly in dispute. She also deals with those cases of other areas of personal injury where clients are looking for that special someone who will fight their case with a personal sensitivity to the enth degree maximizing the damages they recover. Nicki also specialises in dog bite cases, accidents involving children at school or in the playground, accidents either on an aeroplane or at sea, and package holiday claims.
Nicki runs her own cases from start to finish providing the personal service she believes each of her clients deserves throughout her claims. She attends to every detail with precision whilst always maximising the damages she receives for her client as her ultimate end result.
She has spent 25 years dedicated to helping people who get injured through no fault of their own. In short, she gets her clients the financial, medical and other help they deserve and supports them as they get their lives back on track.
She is very experienced in both complex and high value claims.
A barrister’s testament:
“Nicki … has the ability to not only cut to the heart of the matters that she is litigating but, in my opinion, has the more crucial capacity to empathise with her client’s and ensure that they are taken through the litigation process with as much ease as possible. She genuinely cares about obtaining the best outcome for the people that she works for. This important quality is, in my view, becoming rarer in litigation. But it achieves the best results. … I know very few harder working individuals. Whilst you ask about honesty and integrity, which are qualities of Nicki that are not in question, I think the issues that I have described above give a flavour of that but also set her apart from anyone that I have worked with at my time at the Bar.”
