Arianna graduated with a high 2:1 law degree from Durham University in 2017. Her undergraduate dissertation was published in the European Competition Law Review. She then went on to complete her LLM LPB, which involved completing the Bar Professional Training Course and a masters dissertation, achieving a high distinction in 2018.
Whilst completing her masters dissertation, she worked as an in-house paralegal in an international e-commerce business assisting with a wide range of issues, including commercial, consumer protection, intellectual property, employment, competition and data protection matters.
Towards the end of 2019, Arianna undertook some advocacy work as a self-employed solicitor’s agent. This work primarily consisted of debt recovery and enforcement, consumer credit and landlord and tenant matters. She also gained some invaluable experience of application and small claim hearings. At the beginning of 2020, Arianna secured an employed position of a similar nature, with an in-house advocacy team of solicitor’s clerks, solicitors and barristers. She attended a wide range of hearings including case management and small claim hearings. This work covered personal injury, insurance and commercial law. She regularly undertook drafting work and worked on high value document review projects. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, yoga classes, live music and holidays abroad.
