Anas completed his LLB and Legal Practice Course at the university of central Lancashire achieving a commendation in his legal practice course. Whilst studying at the university of central Lancashire, Anas won the ‘student entrepreneurship award’ giving him a grant to invest into a business., Anas ran a successful design and marketing agency for around 3 years before practicing in the legal profession. Anas helps businesses and individuals resolve disputes of a varying nature.
As a former business owner, Anas takes a commercially focused, pragmatic and creative approach to litigation. Anas joined Glaisyers in 2018 and has since been helping SME’s and individuals in general commercial disputes, breach of contract claims, director/ shareholder disputes, claims arising from professional negligence and property disputes.
Notable cases: Successfully responding to an application for permission to appeal in the Court of Appeal on a very technical point of law in Leeson and others -v- MchPerson. Advising a client on his duties an obligations arisings from a complicated search order and prohibitory injunction.
