Profile.
Amber is a Solicitor Apprentice in the Commercial Litigation department at Glaisyers ETL, having joined the firm in February 2015. She began the solicitor apprenticeship in December 2025 and is currently studying for an LLB (Hons) in Law and Legal Practice at BPP University, alongside the Solicitor Qualifying Examinations. Upon successful completion of the six-year programme, Amber will qualify as a Solicitor.
Since joining the firm, Amber has gained extensive experience across a broad range of litigation matters, including client care, case management and the civil litigation process. Her work spans personal injury claims, debt recovery and enforcement, residential landlord and tenant disputes, and legal costs recovery. Amber has managed a diverse caseload from small claims through to complex multi-track litigation, acting for both individuals and businesses.
Amber has assisted clients in recovering compensation following serious injury or bereavement arising from negligence, including associated losses and the arrangement of rehabilitation. She has also supported companies in recovering unpaid debts, assisted landlords in regaining vacant possession of their properties, and helped secure judgments for rental arrears.
In recent years, Amber has further developed experience in legal costs recovery, working closely with the Costs and Advocacy team on Court of Protection E-Bills, N260 Statements of Costs and detailed bills, enabling clients to successfully recover their legal costs.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her son and partner, as well as socialising with friends at local bars and restaurants.
