Residential Conveyancing Manager

The Opportunity

Due to the firm’s success we have the opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Manager to join our Manchester Office.

The Job

You will be dealing with a caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions from inception to completion including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and freehold titles (leasehold and unregistered titles) where appropriate.

Lead, motivate and manage team members.

The Person

You will be a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or CILEX qualified professional with previous residential conveyancing experience.

You will also possess supervisory experience, enthusiasm and the ability to work within a team. Excellent IT, telephone and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
