Vacation Placement Scheme

We offer a limited work experience scheme over the summer months, which gives undergraduate students the opportunity to experience working life in the legal profession. Students are mentored by a partner and shadow fee earners, including trainee solicitors during their daily work. Attendance at client meetings and visits to court are popular elements of the scheme.

Unfortunately, demand for placements far outstrips our capacity to supply. We therefore subject applicants to the same screening criteria that we apply to training contract applications.

We use a standard application form for the Summer Vacation Placements. Unfortunately the closing date for the Summer 2010 vacation placement scheme has now passed. You can apply for the Summer 2011 vacation placement scheme from 1 March 2011
