Chris advises on all issues relating to commercial property, drafting and negotiating leases. He enjoys working with clients in this rewarding area of law and uses the knowledge and experience he has gained over the last 29 years in providing know-how to his colleagues. Chris also helps families when mental capacity becomes a problem for elderly relatives.

Chris is key in devising the firm’s strategy for legal services, quality and regulatory compliance together with our overall direction working closely with his fellow partners and business managers. In this role Chris enjoys finding flexible solutions for our business; the delivery of high quality legal advice to our clients.
