Ben Taylor

Ben Taylor heads up the Housing and Welfare Law Unit at the Longsight office. He qualified as a solicitor in 1994. He joined Glaisyers in 1997 and was elected Partner in 2004. Ben is a coordinator of the North West Housing Law Practitioners Group and regularly provides training to advice workers and lawyers in this field of law.

Ben specialises in Housing Law and participates in a number Duty Possession Schemes in various county courts in the Greater Manchester Area. He acts for tenants and Mortgagors who face eviction and represents them in Possession Proceedings. Ben has a particular specialism in Anti Social Behaviour cases. He also assists tenants in claiming compensation as a result of their Landlord's failure to repair their properties and deals with Unlawful Eviction cases and harassment by landlords.
