Ray Arnall

Ray was admitted as a solicitor in 1982 and became a Partner in 1988. He specialises in property development and Landlord and Tenant Law. He has advised on a number of high profile regeneration schemes and developments involving bespoke and unusual residential and commercial office schemes.

Ray also acts for a number of well known high street retailers and represents them throughout England and Wales in commercial lease and commercial freehold property acquisitions and disposals. Ray is a member of the Manchester Law Society and the Society for Computers and the Law.
