“We would all agree that a prospective purchaser will want as much outside space as possible but thought should be given to the developer who is faced with increased acquisition costs from Sellers who have grossly exaggerated expectations on land values and Local Authorities wanting increasing numbers of Affordable Homes which in turn means that the developer must seek to maximise the density of the properties constructed on the land as from the developers point of view there is little or no profit in open space”
