Glaisyers family law department assists people during the difficult process of family breakdown. This is often a very stressful and emotional time and it is our aim to provide a sensitive and supportive service.

Our team includes those who are members of the Solicitors Family Law Association, the Law Society’s Family panel and Children panel. This firm is franchised by the Legal Services Commission. This means we are able to offer public funding and have passed strict quality control tests.  Should a client not qualify for public funding then we are able to offer the highest quality legal representation at an extremely competitive rate.

As a firm we are committed to promoting mediation as an alternative method for resolving family disputes.  This enables the separating couple to participate in and control the decision making process and helps to foster agreements over children and finances.
