The solicitors within the team are experienced in conducting cases in both the High and County Court as well as Employment Tribunals. Our work includes claims for unfair and wrongful dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination, unlawful deductions from wages, breach of contract claims and injunctions.
We also offer comprehensive advice relating to specialist areas of employment law that can impact upon your business, for example Redundancy, Data Protection, Transfer of Undertakings and Restraint of Trade.
Clients are invited to attend free regular seminars at our offices. These will notify them of recent legal developments and provide training on particular relevant areas of employment law. We also produce regular newsletters and e-bulletins giving up to date employment law information.
