Our People
Our in-house expert, Michael Fletcher, has been with Glaisyers since 1998 and has over 20 years experience in legal costs. Michael is a Costs Lawyer, authorised litigator pursuant to Sections 27 and 28 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 and Fellow of the Association of Law Cost Draftsmen.
Michael has extensive experience of drafting bills of costs in all aspects of legal work, conducting detailed assessment proceedings and costs appeals. Michael has also acted as a student tutor and marker for the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen.
