Mike is aware that many construction disputes can end up in costly and time-consuming litigation. Although many standard construction contracts such as JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal) and ICE (Institute of Civil Engineers) provide for dispute resolution mechanisms Mike is often being asked for help where no such provision has been made.

Nick Johnson has a wealth of experience in advising on development projects such as joint development agreements.
